Creativity Abounds Blog Hop January 2021

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

How exciting .... we have our very first blog hop and tutorial bundle today! Yay!

Welcome to our first Creativity Abounds Blog Hop. We are a group of very keen Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that are coming together to share our creative ideas with you. We are happy that you can join us and hope that we can Inspire you to make creations of your own.

You may be starting here or have come from someone else's blog - either way there is a list at the end of this post to help you move around all the different blogs and get many amazing ideas. We all have our country listed - so if you are looking for a demonstrator in your country, these demonstrators would love to look after you with your Stampin' Up!® shopping or if you would like to JOIN their Stampin' Up!® team.

So, this month's theme is Love and Valentines Day is less than 4 weeks away, we wanted to give you some inspiration ahead of time. I have used the Forever & Always Bundle for my project today along with the True Love DSP pack and one of the foil sheets from the Love You Always Suite.

To colour the flowers and leaves, I used Blushing Bride and Granny Apple Green ink pads with my water painters (the smallest brush). I didn't want to completely cover each image so I just added strokes of colour. It is very subtle but feel free to add as much colour as you like if you recreate my project. Make sure to tag me #blossomdesignspapercraft. I almost forgot to tell you where the flower came from...a sheet of dsp! Yep! One of the sheets has these flower images and it is just stunning. The dsp pack is black and white so you can colour it however you like.

As I was putting this together, I kept coming back to the blushing bride layer. I felt it was too bland, so I stamped the flower from Forever & Always stamp set in versamark around the edge as the dsp will cover the middle section.

As you can see, I have raised the flowers with dimensionals. Everything else is adhered layer on top of layer.

Below is the blog hop list. I would love for you to visit each blog and give the girls some love. I am sure they would appreciate your kind words, I know I would.
