Stampin' Up! Blackberry Beauty DSP

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

With the July-December Mini Catalogue just around the corner and another Sale-a-bration, I am able to preorder new products from each and the Designer Series Paper in this project, is one of the gorgeous papers on offer. Oh my! When you see the picture in the catalogue, it doesn't do it justice - trust me!

If you know me by now, you will know that I just LOVE foil. I teamed this DSP called Blackberry Bliss up with the Brilliant Wings Dies to create these beautiful butterflies. The intricate dies coordinate with the solid dies. So I cut out the largest solid butterfly in Blackberry Bliss cardstock and placed it behind the DSP to make this butterfly my focal point.

Brilliant Wings Dies #155523

I just love how the butterfly is flying off the card. Gently bend the die towards the middle on either side of the butterfly body, it will just lift it slightly, but enough to sit off the card. I adhered the DSP butterfly with glue dots and the focal butterfly with dimensionals under the body.

Unfortunately, you cannot see it properly in this picture, but that is gold foil in the DSP. It is just beautiful. The sentiments (I used two) are from Biggest Wish and Blossoms In Bloom stamp sets. Don't forget to add gilded gems to your project.

NOTE: You will be able to order from the Mini starting 3rd August 2021.

I hope you like my project, if you have any questions, let me know.
