Demonstrator Training Blog Hop November 2021

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Monthly Team Blog Hop! We are so happy that you could join us today for this blog hop for ideas and creative inspiration. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach some goals we have set. We really appreciate your support.

You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today.

Here is the project that I have made for our hop today. Our theme is always our customer thank you cards and here is mine for this month.

While my sentiment doesn't say "Thank You", I think that Forever Grateful says it all. I am grateful and thank my customers placing orders with me. I started with the gorgeous Daisy Garden stamp and placed it on my Stamparatus, grabbed my basic white layer (I have a stack of them already cut and ready to go) and placed it onto the Stamparatus, then using Versamark ink, I inked up the image and stamped it. Next I grabbed my white emboss powder and sprinkled it on the image and heat set it with my heat tool. Now, I have a beautiful shiny image. I thought about water colouring the image, but instead I used my Stampin' Blends® in Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green and Cinnamon Cider. When colouring the flowers petals, I started with light Highland Heather and coloured the whole petal, then with the dark Highland Heather, I flicked from the center outwards to give the shading. It isn't obvious, but it is subtle and that is what I wanted.

I layered the image on top of Highland Heather and adhered them directly to the card base. The ribbon is actually Fresh Freesia and it goes so well with the flowers. I tried colouring it with Highland Heather Blends® but it turned out to be too dark. I also used Fresh Freesia ink for the sentiment and to make those banner ends, my trusty Banners Pick a Punch.

Here you can see the white embossing of the image. I love watching the heat tool setting the powder. It goes from matt to shiny in seconds.

Thank you so much for coming by today! We have an amazing line up of Stampin' Up!® demonstrators from around the world, and we know you are going to love all the amazing projects that you are going to see today. Don't miss one blog link.
