Stamp your flower image with versamark ink and heat emboss with white embossing powder. I used regular whisper white cardstock, not water colour paper (it is more of a vanilla colour). I water coloured the flowers using my aqua painter and ink pads. Not a colour combination I would normally put together but it works. Highland Heather, Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green. I fussy cut the flower image. It didn't take long at all. If you don't like fussy cutting, then stamp and emboss on the whisper white layer.
I adhered the flowers directly onto the whisper white layer as that white layer is raised as is the sentiment, so I think there is enough dimension to this card but you do what pleases you! I love how the coastal cabana shows through the die cut at the bottom.
