Today I am taking part in Kylie's International Highlights that occurs once a month.

I had so much fun making this card. I don't usually have this many layers but I just couldn't stop! LOL. The dies are from the Forever Flourishing dies and the stamps are from the Forever Fern stamp set which are part of the Forever Greenery Suite. I ran my dauber over the embossed layer with early espresso ink. It makes the pattern stand out and it is really nice. There are two that come with this suite. They are the smaller folders that fit either Stampin' Cut & Emboss machine but are designed for the Mini. I added a second larger circle behind the sentiment as I didn't want the sentiment to get lost with the pattern of the embossing folder.
The gold foil (which is stunning) is also from the Forever Greenery Suite and is called the Forever Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper. I have used just about everything from the Forever Greenery Suite (except the Forever Greenery DSP and the Gold Hoops). I wanted to move away from the colours associated with this suite so I used Petal Pink, Vellum, Early Espresso and Garden Green. TO add all these layers, I adhered some behind the large circle and some behind the sentiment. Then I tucked in the smaller pieces and the gold foil pieces to fill any gaps or to even things up.
Look at that gorgeous gold trim. The ends unravel as you can see and I quite like it. I also ran my dauber around the sentiment layer to give it some depth. The sentiment is from the So Sentimental stamp set.
