Stampin' Up! Hand Penned Suite

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

Now that the new Annual Catalogue is here, have you had a look through it? Do you have a favourite stamp set or Suite? How about the DSP packs?

This is one of MY favourite Suite's from new Catalogue - Hand-Penned. It is a two-step stamp set, meaning that there is the outline image (stamped in black ink) and a solid image (stamped in colour).  It is just so pretty and as a demonstrator, I was able to pre-order this suite last month before it was available to customers. You may notice that the purple flower does not quite match the dsp ... and I didn't notice until after I adhered it all together. It still works though (thank goodness) but I cannot for the life of me think why I thought I should stamp in Highland Heather ink. I must have been having a bad day! LOL
*See the picture below of the Suite so you can see all the pretty stuff you will get*

Hand-Penned Suite #155503 - $115

You know by now that I do love a bit of dimension on my projects and today's is no different. The scallop rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies is raised with dimensionals, as is the die cut flower (if you know what flower this is, please tell me) and I have used the new in-colour ribbon - Pale Papaya. This ribbon is a dream to work with. Now, lets talk about the sentiment - I just LOVE this font! I am a very big Font person and have collected quite a number of them over the years, this style is among my favourites.

Remember that you can purchase the Suite or you can buy each product from the Suite individually. Totally up to you.
