Another week almost over. Where does the time go? I have had to get my winter woolies back out this week. Where did the warmer weather go? Brrrr
These baubles are just one of the stamps in the Whimsical Trees set. Aren't they cute? You can use your Stamparatus to line up the baubles (see below). The scallop border at the top from the Penned Flowers Dies. There is also another scallop die you could use from Scallop Contours Dies. The scallop is much larger though.
I like to find the middle of the card stock first. I wanted to work my way from the center to one edge and then the other side. Line the stamp up on the cardstock in the center, then grab the plate and lower it so the the stamp is close to the left edge like I have in the picture above. The plate is moveable - just lift it up and pull (towards the ceiling), then move it to the right and slot it back in. When you have stamped, repeat the previous steps ... lift, move to the next slot and stamp again.
I have used 2 stampin' blends® colours on the baubles - granny apple green and real red. I used the dark granny apple green on one and the light on the other. I used both light and dark with the red. You can see the difference in shades. A funny story with the holly images ... I fussy cut them out, even though there is actually a die for it! LOL
I realise that I have been showing a number of Christmas cards lately. Keep an eye out on the blog next month ... you will see why! LOL. I do really like the Whimsy & Wonder Suite of products though.
