Stampin' Up! Forever Fern

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

Once I had worked out what sketch I was planning, I consider this an easy and simple card. A bit of stamping, die cutting and heat embossing.

I had some scraps lying around so I thought I would use them up. I did cut out the vellum rectangle using the Stitched Rectangle Dies but the rest I had used on previous projects.

I raised the stamped foliage images using dimensionals and the die cut silver foil pieces I adhered with mini glue dots.

 I haven't heat embossed in a while so while using vellum, I thought white emboss powder would look good. So I stamped in Versamark ink first, sprinkled white emboss powder over it and heat embossed using the heat tool.

Card Measurements: Imperial
Base card - Basic White = 4 1/4" x 11" (score @ 5 1/2")
Layer 1 - Just Jade = 1 1/4" x 5"
Layer 2 - Just Jade DSP = 3 1/2" x 1 1/2"

Layer 3 - Vellum = 2 1/4" x 3 1/2"

Card Measurements: Metric
Base card - Basic White = 10.5cm x 29cm (score @ 14.5cm)
Layer 1 - Just Jade = 3cm x 12.5cm
Layer 2 - Just Jade DSP = 9cm x 3.8cm

Layer 3 - Vellum = 5.5cm x 9cm
