Stampin' Up! Crane Of Fortune

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

Today I using products from Symbols of Fortune Suite. The sentiment is from Flowers of Friendship stamp set.

I really, really wanted to use this gorgeous flower from Crane of Fortune stamp set. How spectacular does it look using Blackberry Bliss ink! So, so pretty. I had planned on adding Bermuda Bay as well, but I decided not to. I grabbed my blending brush and added colour around all 4 sides of the Basic White layer. I also ran that layer through my embossing machine with the Tasteful Textiles 3D embossing folder. Don't forget, you need the specialty plate (#4) to use with 3D Embossing Folder. Your base plate with guide you with instructions on which plates to use.

I used dimensionals to raise the circle layers and adhered the bottom flower directly to the circle, then I used dimensionals to raise the front flower. I tied the silver trim into a double bow and adhered it using a mini glue dot.

Oooooh, look at that sparkle! Oh yeah, my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush is on form! 😁 I went over the darker areas only as with this particular ink, it stays wet longer, so the ink will move around, and I didn't want to ruin the rest of the flower. I may still add some basic rhinestones to the circle area, because you cannot have enough bling! I just LOVE that font pairing in the sentiment. I'm a huuuuge font/calligraphy girl.

Layer 2 - Blackberry Bliss Scallop Circle = 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"

Base card - Basic White = 10.5cm x 29.7cm (score @ 14.9cm)
Layer 1 - Basic White = 10cm x 14.4cm
Layer 2 - Blackberry Bliss Scallop Circle = 8.5cm x 8.5cm

Layer 3 - Basic White Circle = 8cm x 8cm
