Stampin' Up! Symbols Of Fortune

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

I hope you had a good weekend. My kids have officially finished Term 1 of school and are now on 2 week break.

Today I am using products from Symbols of Fortune Suite on pages 22-24 of the January - June Mini Catalogue. Be sure to check them out.

I created these two cards, which are almost the same, but not quite. For starters, one is using basic white for the card base, while the other is using smoky slate. They are both using the same DSP with the same colour combination but the elements are set out differently. Do you prefer one over the other?

Here is the smoky slate card base. I added white baker's twine and a smoky slate scallop rectangle layer behind the sentiment.
