Stampin' Up! Blessings of Home

Hello, my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

It has been a while since I have managed to sit down and craft - far too long really. This colour combo really brightens my day! Polished Pink, Tahitian Tide and Granny Apple Green and I have stamped with the gorgeous Blessings of Home Bundle (stamp + dies). I also used my favourite other dies - Stylish Shapes which I used for the sentiment banner.

I stamped with versamark ink on watercolour paper and embossed with white emboss powder which I set with my heat tool. Using my ink pads and water painter, I coloured each flower and leaf in. Make sure to let each flower/leaf dry before colouring the one next to it (especially if it is a different colour). You don't want the colours to run into each other. I started with the big pink flower, then worked on some leaves attached to the big blue flower as they are not near each other. Then worked my way around the image.
