I actually forgot that I had this Sale-a-bration stamp set. When I pulled it out, I thought of water colouring, so that is what I did using the challenge colours. I grabbed Shimmery White card stock and stamped with Veramark ink, then applied white emboss powder and set it with the heat tool. I love the white embossed look. Then I started water colouring grabbing ink from my ink pads.
I stamped the sentiment in Veramark ink onto Polished Pink card stock and again used the white emboss powder and heat set it. I cut a banner on one end and layered it with Granny Apple Green and Tahitian Tide card stock. I added a pretty bow using the Tahitian Tide Metallic Woven Ribbon and coloured some Basic Rhinestones with my Polished Pink Dark Blends.
