Stampin' Up! Delicate Desert Suite

Hello, my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

I loved the Delicate Desert Suite when I saw Sara & Shelli demonstrating it, but I haven't played with it at all! I did a search and found Tami Hewlett post HERE and loved what she did, so I CASEd it.

There are two different DSP packs in this Suite and I used both of them for this card. I also used the Hive 3D Embossing Folder in the background. I do love the gold foil in the DSP Speciality pack and I wanted to bring that one to the front to show it off using the Desert Details Dies. To finish it off, I added some Gold Faceted Adhesive-Backed Sequins scattered around and the gold trim from the Simply Elegant Trim Pack.

I added some dimension lifting the large die cut piece with Adhesive Foam Sheets. It is a large area to lift and you would need a lot of dimensionals. Cutting the foam sheets into strips is much easier and faster.
