Let's Craft Together Blog Hop March 2023

Hello, my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.


We are a quartet of multi-cultural SU! demonstrators in Australia who have developed a strong friendship through our love of stamping and our admiration of each other’s style of crafting. We will be doing a monthly blog hop where you can join along with us.

Today's challenge is a Sketch Challenge.

I went rogue and did my sketch in landscape. I went with Coastal Cabana as my main colour today with some Parakeet Party for the leaves. The flowers are actually coloured with Light Bermuda Bay Blends. The flowers are from Framed Florets, and I coloured the basic rhinestones in with my Light Bermuda Bay blends. The two squares are cut out from the Stylish Shapes Dies (largest square) and I embossed the first layer using the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder.


I roughed up the edges with my paper snips. I rubbed them back and forth along each side. It makes a bit of a mess on your desk (and lap and floor) but it is easily cleaned up.


The sentiment is from the same stamp set as the flowers - Framed Florets.
