Card & Gift Ideas For Christmas

Hello and welcome to my blog.

Today, I am all about Christmas! I know ... it is far too early for Christmas, but it is never too early to plan and/or start on your Christmas cards. I usually make around 70 cards and send to people all over the world.

I will focus on the card. I always make a tent fold card. It is my absolute favourite style. If you are unsure what I mean by "Tent Fold" ... placing your A4 cardstock (portrait, not Landscape) in your trimmer, cut it in half. So, the height will be twice the size of the width. Now, turn your cardstock in your trimmer so it is Landscape and score it in half. Fold it over and that's it!
On a side note ... I bought a new 'Lightbox' to take photos of my projects but I'm not sure I like the background material. I think I might have to make a Kylie Original! ๐Ÿ‘

I really love the gold foil in the dsp. Below is just an example. One side is with gold foil, the other side is without. Both are beautiful but the foil wins me over. ๐Ÿ˜„

You can see I've added more gold foil with the stars and swirls from the Stitched Stars Dies which is in the Holiday Catalogue. In fact, everything apart from the cardstock and the Stitched Nested Label Dies, is from the Holiday Catalogue. I said in a previous post that I think I am obsessed with embossing, well ... I've done it again here, so I must be. ๐Ÿ˜„

I will be back to talk about the other two projects. I didn't want this post to be too long.

Everything you see here today, you can purchase from my online SHOP.

Thanks for visiting and have a nice day.

Happy crafting,
