Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set

Hello and welcome to my blog.

Today I am featuring Dandelion Wishes stamp set from the Annual Catalogue.

Dandelion Stamp Set (#151345)

Sometimes you can overlook a stamp set until you see other people using it. I'm afraid I do that a lot. This set caught my eye but other stamp set's were ahead of it on my wish list. As you can see, I've used the same colours (Smoky Slate and Petal Pink) on both cards but decided to change the colouring on the top layers.

I think this is my favourite colour combination of the two cards. Plus, I have used ribbon which I do love to do. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and used white embossing powder which makes it stand out.

On this card I was meant to use the whisper white crinkled seam binding ribbon but I got a bit glue happy and stuck the layers down before I remember the ribbon. Oops. Not to worry. I do feel this card is missing something though, so I'm thinking of adding some bling to the dandelions using the basic rhinestone jewels.
