Forever Blossoms in Balmy Blue

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I recently bought the Parisian Blossoms Suite from the 2020 Mini Catalogue (pg 14). My card today uses a stamp from the Forever Blossoms stamp set. There are coordinating dies (Cherry Blossom Dies) and if you purchase both as a bundle, you save 10%. This suite is another one with two bundles! You have to see the Designer Series Paper in the flesh as this picture does not do it justice at all. The paper has a beautiful champagne colour foil in it.

I have used my blends to colour the flowers. I am slowly adding to my collection and I'm really enjoying using them. Today's colour is Balmy Blue (light & dark). I've seen a lot of Petal Pink flowers and I am being a rebel at the moment using non-traditional colours. I stamped and coloured in different colours, so keep watching. I'll post them soon.

You can see the Balmy Blue cardstock layer showing through. I stamped the image in Momento - Tuxedo Black, coloured it in using blends, then die cut the image out. The white layer I used to stamp and die cut out, I adhered to the balmy blue layer with liquid glue. I then raised the image using dimensionals and adhered it directly over the top of the cut out.

Here is a better view of the dimension of the image. The gems are the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets....yes, they do look like water droplets too.

Thanks for visiting and have a great day.

Happy Crafting,
