Foil Sheets

Hello and welcome to my blog.

Today is all about Foil Sheets. If you have followed me for a while, you would know I LOVE foil. Foil Sheets, foil added to DSP.....it doesn't matter.

This is one of the cards I made using the copper foil. I have die cut the poppy flower from Poppy Moments Dies in Copper Foil as well as the scallop circle from the Layering Circles Dies. Using the leaf stamp from Painted Poppies stamp set, I stamped onto Vellum with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Place a small amount of liquid glue in the center of the vellum and adhere it to the whisper white layer. The glue will be hidden behind the circle layers on top. The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set and again, I stamped in versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I cut this out using the little tag die from Ornate Frames Dies. I adhered it to the card with a mini glue dot. I wrapped the flax ribbon around the vellum and whisper white layers then added the bow. I pulled apart the flax ribbon and used three stands.

When you put all the foil sheets together, you can see the colour difference much better but I hope these photos help you just a little.

Silver Foil
I do love the champagne colour. I have been reaching for this colour in most of my cards lately.

Champagne Foil
I am a gold person so I do love this one.

Gold Foil
The copper foil is very striking.
