I haven't played with this set in a while and thought it about time to get it out again.
I really do like this stamp set. Along with Painted Poppies, they are my two favourites. This card wasn't supposed to look like this...in my head anyway. Naturally, I changed my mind along the way. How many times have you done that? LOL.
I stamped the flower image in versamark ink and and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I then coloured in the leaves in granny apple green ink with my aqua painter and the flower I coloured with petal pink ink and my aqua painter. I didn't use very much ink as I just wanted a light colour.
The sentiment I had stamped a while ago and stored in a container to "use later". Do you have those? Sentiments and images that didn't quite make the cut but are too good to throw away! I have some die cuts too.
Card Measurements: Imperial
Base card - Crumb Cake = 4" x 11" (score @ 5 1/2")
Layer 1 - Whisper White = 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"
Layer 2 - Whisper White = 3 5/8" x 5 1/8"
Card Measurements: Metric
Base card - Crumb Cake = 10.5cm x 28cm (score @ 14cm)
Layer 1 - Whisper White = 10cm x 13.5cm
Layer 2 - Whisper White = 9.7cm x 13.2cm
