Hello and welcome to my blog.
I understand if you need sunglasses on for this one! I don't normally go this bright for a card base but it works. I ditched the white and went with Poppy Parade. What do you think? I think I was in a bit of hurry to photograph this as I forgot to add some rhinestones - not like me at all!! I will before I send this out.
There are a few different stamps in the Dressed To Impress stamp set. You have seen me using the perfume bottle before and I even did a online class using this set. I love the little roses, they are easy to colour and who doesn't like a nice pair of shoes?
I was going to use the matching sentiment stamp - "Life is short. Buy the shoes." but I just love the hello fabulous! one. I guess, if you are going to buy shoes like these, they may as well be sparkly - right? I actually stamped the shoe is basic gray ink. Normally, I would use Momento black but I wanted a more subtle look to them. The white layer is a die from the Ornate Layers dies. The pear pizzazz scallop rectangle is from the Stitched So Sweetly dies.
See the sparkle on the roses - good old wink of stella. Never leave home without it. LOL I coloured the roses with poppy parade blends and the top rose I coloured with the dark one. The rest I used the light and only used the dark in the centre. There isn't a pear pizzazz blends so I used old olive instead. I placed the roses where I wanted them, then I carefully lifted one side of each one and added a mini glue dot behind them and replaced them on the card.

You can see the layers here. The rose, part of the sentiment and one of the shoes is adhered with a dimensional. It make those items pop from the card.
