Hello and welcome to my blog.

Happy hump day! I just love this dsp - Forever Greenery. It has been a while since I have used it and when I saw my inspiration card in the catalogue, I instantly thought of this dsp. I teamed it with the Forever Fern stamp set. Did you know you can buy these two products plus more in the Forever Greenery Suite? Everything coordinates just beautifully.

This project has a bit of dimension to it...you've been warned. LOL. You can add as much or as little dimension as you would like. I originally didn't have that rectangle pretty peacock piece from the stitched rectangle dies behind the frame but I felt the frame got a bit lost amongst the dsp and now it stands out. The frame is from the Ornate Layers dies and they are all so pretty.

I added the gold foil sheet behind the dsp - I really like adding that layer to my cards. I feel it just finishes them off nicely. Don't forget the gilded gems and crinkled seam binding ribbon to finish off your project. The white rectangle which I have stamped on is also from the stitched rectangle dies and fits nicely on top of the frame.

I used the foam adhesive sheets on the frame - I do not recommend if you are in a hurry as you have to remove all those little pieces one at a time by picking them out...but the effect is gorgeous.
