CAS(E) This Sketch #392

Hello and welcome to my blog.

Today's card is for a new challenge blog CAS(E) This Sketch #392.

The sketch is an easy one that all of you can do so feel free to join in but you will have to be quick as this week's challenge ends Thursday (USA Time). After my big Christmas themed September, I went straight for the gorgeous Forever Greenery DSP to make this card. This DSP is on special this month (15% off) - see below.

Of course, I had to add some foil into the mix. Who doesn't love foil. I feel it adds elegance to any project. Plus the gold trim from the Combo pack which I wrapped around the DSP layer and tied with a beautiful bow! I inked up the stamps from Forever Fern with Pretty Peacock ink but did 2nd generation stamping. I just wanted a subtle look of the images so as to not distract from the DSP.

I adhered the foil die cut pieces to the pretty peacock base card with liquid glue and used the foam adhesive sheets cut into strips to raise the foil layer.

Remember, there is this DSP special happening this month. Go and grab yourself a bargain. Use the current host code XQKYDTJN when ordering. I would love to send you a special thank you gift.
