Just Add Ink #526

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I joined another challenge blog this week - Just Add Ink.

Ok, so I am trying out a new way to photograph my cards. What do you think? Do you like it or do you prefer the white background better? I'd love to know.

This is my take on the inspiration. I stamped the flower from Tasteful Touches in Misty Moonlight ink and the foliage stamps from Forever Fern are inked in Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive. The sentiment is in Soft Suede.

If you'd like to join in this challenge, it closes on Wednesday (Australian time). Click on the picture and it will take you straight to the challenge post.

I tried and tried to get the wink of stella to show in my photos, but you can only see a few sparkles. I stamped the image then quickly coloured with the wink of stella which moved the ink around as you can see. However, the image wasn't very sharp anymore, so I stamped it a second time and the image is now nice and crisp again. This may have contributed to the lack of sparkle.

I hope you like my card today. If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks for visiting, stay sage and have a great Sunday.

Happy Crafting,

  1. Two wonderful stamp sets. I love the boldness of the navy bloom. Chantell Just Add Ink

  2. Love your interpretation of the challenge image - the woodgrain texture, the vibrant blue ink - gorgeous! Thank you for sharing with us at Just Add Ink x
