Country Home Card

Hello and welcome to my blog.

If you follow me on Instagram or my business FB page, you would have seen that I had a crafty day with a couple of my friends on Monday. We stamped, ate, talked and sang along to 80's music all day...what more could a girl ask for?

Here is one of the cards I made using the Country Home stamp set in the Annual Catalogue.

This is not my usual go to stamp set but seeing as my friend had it on her shelf, I thought I would give it a go. Thanks to Patty Bennett's tips on colouring using blends, I think I did a pretty good job. I also used blends to colour the ribbon to coordinate. Did I tell you how much I LOVE Stampin' Blends! LOL

I fussy cut the jug and raised it using dimensionals but kept the flowers adhered to the layer below.

Want to hear something funny, I didn't know there was an artichoke! LOL. I am no expert when it come to flowers. I love looking at them but I don't know half of their names. LOL

I hope you like today's card. If you have any questions, let me know.
