Happy New Year! We finally made it to 2021.
2020 will forever be known for the pandemic and we have adjusted to a new 'normal' with the restrictions in place. I saw a quote making the rounds on FB and thought I would share with you (I don't know where it originated from) "We isolate now, so when we gather again, no one is missing". πππ
My card today is saying hello to the new year. Using the Life is Beautiful stamp set from the August-December 2020 Mini Catalogue and will retire on the 4th January, so if you are thinking of purchasing this set, get in quick.
I do love this stamp set. I am sad it is retiring in a few days. For this project, I started with the stamp set, but, I also had this particular sheet of dsp out too, so I colour matched the tree with the dsp.
I inked the sentiment in versamark and using white embossing powder, heat set it with the heat tool. Hello shinny, slightly raised sentiment. I used the Banners Pick-a-punch to make the banner end.
