Stampin' Up! Butterfly Brilliance

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

I had some fun with this card, using blending brushes and ink pads. I blended one colour at a time starting with the pinks after die cutting one of the rectangles from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I then cut some basic white cardstock 3mm larger and then mint macaron 3mm larger again.

The top four layers are adhered to each other so I placed dimensionals under the mint macaron layer so there is some dimension. I stamped the sentiment in versamark ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder on basic black cardstock.
