Stampin' Up! Forever Fern

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

While the title says Forever Fern, Artistically Inked also features with the coordinating dies Artistic - so beautiful!

Are you wondering where that DSP is from? It is from the Pattern Party DSP pack in the host section (page 171) of the Annual Catalogue. I inked the flowers from Artistically Inked in Bermuda Bay and Pool Party inks and naturally, I had to add some Wink of Stella so that they sparkle. LOL. With my Bermuda Bay Blends, I coloured in 3 rhinestones and added them to the flower. I had some leaves left over from another project that I had die cut in vellum and fold foil, so I added them to this card and I just love them.

I love this colour combination. The white and black with a splash of blue - so pretty. I also love red, white and black too. Oooooh, pink, black and white! So many combinations to choose from. I used the scallop die from Penned Flowers Dies on the Bermuda Bay layer. I first stamped the sentiment in Momento Black ink, then cut it out using one of the stitched rectangle dies. I didn't measure, but I cut the Bermuda Bay approximately 3mm bigger. I also raised this layer using dimensionals.
