Stampin' Up! Biggest Wish

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

It is certainly feeling like winter here in Sydney these past couple of days. The heating is on and my warn wooly socks too.

I have been itching to use this particular sheet of DSP from Beauty of The Earth. The colours are just so vibrant - I love it. Naturally, I had to grab the large scallop die from Scallop Contours Dies. I have a hard time choosing between this scallop die and the small one from Penned Flowers Dies.

I used the Banners Pick-a-Punch on the Bumblebee layer which is 2.5cm (1") wide. The Merry Merlot piece is 1cm (3/4") wide. 

I hope you can see how sparkly the word happy is. My Wink of Stella got a good workout on this project. LOL. I do love a bit of bling/sparkle. Even the butterfly didn't escape and it got an extra special dose of bling with those rhinestones. One always need rhinestones in their stash. Trust me! And remember, you can colour rhinestones with Blends if you didn't want them to look like diamonds - that is what I think they look like.
