Stampin' Up! Art Gallery

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to my blog.

Last day of home schooling for this week - phew! I succumbed to a headache yesterday but today is good. We (Sydney) are now extending lockdown until the end of August. I truly don't mind, as long as we are safe. Hubby has had his first vaccination shot and I am in the queue for mine, so I rather be safe.

The stamped flower is from the Art Gallery stamp set. It is 2-step set image which means there are two elements to make up this flower. I used Evening Evergreen (2nd generation or stamping off) on the more solid image on the left (see below) and Evening Evergreen for the image on the right. I also ran my wink of stella over it to add some sparkle.

Here you can see the difference in colour on the flower, the difference between the two colours. The sentiment is also stamped in Evening Evergreen. As you can see, I have raised the basic white layer, circle layer and the flower using dimensionals.  I used the Banners Pick a Punch on the gold foil piece. The watercolour image underneath is from Artistically Inked stamp set and stamped in Evening Evergreen ink. I really love this stamp and I used it on Wednesday's card in Gorgeous Grape and Fresh Freesia inks.

I hope you like my project today. If you have any questions, let me know.
